In an effort to be able to better support our users we have implemented a new online support system. This consists of an automated ticket system and a User's Forum where both end users and support staff can exchange dialogue regarding our products. We are very excited to be rolling out this enhanced system and hope our clients find it useful as well. You will need to register with our system to submit a ticket so you can track it's progress. However, feel free to browse our User's Forum at will.
